You need to complete all relevant sections of this form and fax or email to PAL Lighting. Include a copy of this completed form in the box containing the returned goods otherwise goods may not be accepted. Before a replacement is approved for any returned goods, they need to be "deemed" faulty during a verification process to be undertaken by PAL Lighting and/or the Manufacturer. The product warranty applies where the product is used according to manufacturer’s directions of use and is not damaged by you or a third party as a result of interference, negligence, wilful damage or damage from inclement weather or natural disaster. Faulty goods will be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of PAL Lighting. We cannot give refunds. Postage for faulty goods being returned to PAL Lighting needs to be borne by you. We recommend you take out insurance of the posted goods to ensure you are compensated by the postage service provider in the case the goods are lost, stolen or damaged. We also recommend you obtain a certificate of posting / or use a recorded service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
