Job Title: District Sales Manager
Location: Houston, San Antonio, Austin

PAL Lighting is a leader in innovative pool and backyard lighting solutions. Our comprehensive lighting portfolio is designed to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences that transform outdoor living spaces. We collaborate closely with pool builders, landscape designers, and other industry professionals to deliver superior lighting that enhances every outdoor environment.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to join our team in Houston. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving territory goals for our pool and backyard lighting products. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a solid understanding of the pool and landscape industry, a passion for lighting solutions, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Houston territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pool builders, landscape designers, and related professionals
  • Provide exceptional service and support to existing clients, fostering long-term relationships
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the features and benefits of PAL Lighting products
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales support materials and initiatives
  • Represent PAL Lighting at industry trade shows, conferences, and local events

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the lighting, pool, or outdoor living industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
