Faulty Goods Return

You must complete all relevant sections of this form. Include a copy of this completed form, which will be emailed to you, in the box containing the returned goods otherwise goods may not be accepted.

Before a replacement is approved for any returned goods, they need to be “deemed” faulty during a verification process to be undertaken by Bellson Electric and/or the Manufacturer. The product warranty applies where the product is used according to manufacturer’s directions of use and is not damaged by you or a third party as a result of interference, negligence, wilful damage or damage from inclement weather or natural disaster.

Faulty goods will be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of Bellson Electric. We cannot give refunds.

Postage for faulty goods being returned to Bellson Electric needs to be borne by you. We recommend you take out insurance of the posted goods to ensure you are compensated by the postage service provider in the case the goods are lost, stolen or damaged. We also recommend you obtain a certificate of posting / or use a recorded service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

    Credit Card details are required, when you require a replacement product to be sent out before the faulty product is returned back to Bellson to cover the cost of the new product in case the faulty product is not received back by Bellson or it is found not to be a manufacturing defect during the above mentioned verification process.
